Limited edition artworks are generally more valuable because of the limited number of 25 available. Each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity hand-signed, numbered, titled and dated indicating that you have purchased an original work.
All of my artworks are labeled as Limited Editions of 25 regardless of size. Some Special Limited Edition are released in number of 5 and in general are big Size.
This means that I will produce only 25 original signed prints of the artworks regardless of size. Once limited editions run out the prints will no longer be available.
FOR COLLECTORS
Each original fine art limited edition print (signed and with certificate of authenticity) sold even off my site, (for example online galleries that represent me) is included in the total number of final limited prints. Outside of the number of prints sold as limited editions, each work will be printed by me only for purposes such as gallery or promotional displays.
General
These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via www.carmelitaiezzi.com and related pages, (the “Website”). The agreement is concluded between you and Carmelita Iezzi Photography. Detailed contact information and other information about Carmelita Iezzi Photography are set forth on the Website. The General Conditions are only applicable to Customers that are consumers.
Artworks and Authenticity
Carmelita Iezzi Photography guarantees that all the products purchased from the Website are original and authentic works of art. Each artwork is sold hand-signed and numbered with a hand-signed and numbered certificate of authenticity enclosed. A certificate of authenticity proves that the product provided to the customer is an original work of art.
Copyright
The Website and all its content are owned by Carmelita Iezzi Photography. The information is protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, and information about products, services, and other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of Carmelita Iezzi Photography.
Customer Information
When the Customer places an order, the Customer will be requested to provide some personal data. The Customer confirms that the information provided is correct and complete and is responsible for any errors in the information provided. Quality Guarantees
All of the original printed works of art dispatched to the customer are going through several quality control checks Therefore the Customer is guaranteed to get artwork of impeccable quality with durability. Carmelita Iezzi Photography guarantees the use of suitable packaging materials and processes that will ensure that the Customer gets the product intact and in perfect condition.
Prices and Payment
Each item sold on the Website is listed with a price including VAT. At the checkout, you can see the total price including VAT and shipping. We offer our customers payment through the following payment methods: credit or debit card with PayPal or Bank Account. For orders with delivery addresses outside European Union, any customs costs and taxes are paid by the Customer.
Prices for the products on the Website are subject to change without notice. Carmelita Iezzi Photography reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the sales (or any part or content thereof) without notice. Carmelita Iezzi Photography shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the sales.
If you subscribe to the Newsletter from the site carmelitaiezzi.com you have a special discount of 10% as a VIP Member And sometimes we provide special offers on the Website which may have more favorable conditions than those outlined in these General Conditions. Such conditions will apply for the duration of the special offer and the specific products. Carmelita Iezzi Photography reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw such special offers. Upon termination or withdrawal of a special offer, these General Conditions shall apply without any amendments. Any offers on specific products on the Website are valid only for a limited period and until products are sold out.

Orders
Note that all prints are made to order and are processed after the payment has been finalized. Another notification will be sent out after printing has finished (usually within 6 working days).
All the orders completed on the website are considered confirmed by Carmelita Iezzi Photography unless the Customer is notified about the unavailability of a particular artwork/product within 24 hours after completing the purchase on the Website.
Every works are ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box or in a robuste tube to ensure artworks are shipped according to the very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from my studio to your home.
All courier shipments are insured and tracked worlwide as Fedex, UPS, DHL. Global shipping by registered parcel service with tracking number – estimated shipping time: 1 week or you can ask me for the shipping details if your country is outside EU. The cost of shipping includes insurance and traceability of the package that I communicate to the customer after the purchase.
After the package has been delivered it is the Customer’s responsibility to handle the contents with great care and unpack the artwork securely. In case an artwork is packaged rolled in a tube or cardboard box, it is highly recommended that the Customer takes the delivered package straight to the framing service and uses the framing professionals’ help to unwrap an unframed artwork.
All the artwork offered on the Website are original limited edition pieces, printed to order and therefore non -refundable or exchanges. Each of them is hand-signed and numbered, and produced to custom order made by the Customer.
However if there are any problems with the order in terms of damage during shipping, a replacement will be sent free of charge as soon as possible.

What should you can do if you receive a damaged piece of art?
I package all prints into a hard protective tubes or cardboard box to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact me within 24 hours at info@carmelitaiezzi.com
Please save all original packaging material and take some photos of damaged print, I must have it in order to process the claim.
Carmelita Iezzi Photography reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. If a listed artwork has been sold out or proven to be impossible to produce in a certain size desired by the Customer, Carmelita Iezzi Photography has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance. Carmelita Iezzi Photography reserves the right to make typographical errors in texts on this website.
Carmelita Iezzi Photography also does not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the artworks in terms of color, which largely depend on the quality and type of screen on which the products are viewed.
