Write me a Poem of Silence

The series start on 2020 and offers an intimate look at the female psyche, exploring the silent structures of psychological emotions.. My work utilizes the obscured face or mask as a metaphor for repressed emotions and social prejudices, challenging traditional notions of beauty. These images capture the weight of unspoken words. Using a mixed media of my original photography, surrealistic textures, and symbolic layers, I examine the impact of unrequited feelings and the scars of invisibility. Each work analyzes the struggle for self-acceptance, transforming the face into a canvas for the unexpressed. A broken dialogue of the shadows that conceal the eyes, the series attempts to give shape to the void. It is a deep dive into the fragments of the self, proving that our most painful archives are the internal collections of silences that, ultimately, shape who we are.
This series wants to be an experiment a bridge between photography and graphic design, this reflects a lot my way of seeing photography today, as something that goes beyond the limit of pure means to embrace something different by combining a collage with words and drawings, by superimposing graphic and photographic elements, I want to express a Dadaist poem out of the simple and pure concept of photography, to embrace dreams, to express emotions in this way.
